This notice fulfils our duty to inform you about data collected through the Heliora Solar Enerji website.

- Request data: electricity bill, roof/land and facility details, PV simulation inputs, dealer application documents

Purposes and Legal Grounds
Your data is processed to answer your requests, run quotation and appointment processes, perform contractual obligations, comply with legislation and improve service quality under our legitimate interests, based on the legal grounds in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK. Transfer and Retention
Your data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with competent public authorities under legal obligations and with hosting, e-mail and logistics providers. Data is retained for the period required by its purpose and statutory retention rules, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
